1. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once your request is submitted and processing begins, no refund will be issued under any condition. This includes:
โ€“ Application submitted and verified
โ€“ Work marked as "In Progress"
โ€“ Data shared with portals or verification agencies

2. Exceptions โ€“ Valid Refund Cases

We only issue refunds in the following scenarios:
โ€“ Duplicate payment for the same service
โ€“ Technical failure where payment was deducted but not received
Note: Must be claimed within 3 days and with proof.

3. Refund Request Process

Email us at help@service4pan.co.in with:
โ€“ Registered mobile number
โ€“ Transaction ID / payment proof
โ€“ Service requested
โ€“ Reason for refund

4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 working days to the original payment source.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:
โ€“ Change of mind
โ€“ Incorrect information submitted
โ€“ No response to document verification requests
โ€“ Delays from government portals

6. Policy Acceptance

By making a payment, you agree to this refund policy. We may update it at any time without prior notice. Please review it before ordering.
