Service Policy 🧾 Refund Policy

Important: SERVICE 4 PAN provides assistance and facilitation services. Once a service request is initiated, operational costs, API usage, and manpower resources are immediately allocated. Therefore, refunds are limited and strictly governed by this policy.

1. No Refund After Service Initiation

Once a service request is submitted and processing has started, no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Service marked as “In Progress”
• Data submitted on government or third-party portals
• API calls, verification checks, or document processing initiated

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment made for the same service
• Payment deducted but service not initiated due to a verified technical error

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment with valid proof.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect, incomplete, or false information submitted by the user
• Change of mind after placing the order
• User fails to provide required documents or clarification
• Delays, rejection, or errors caused by government portals or authorities

4. Refund Request Procedure

• Transaction ID or payment proof
• Service name
• Clear reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

6. Policy Acceptance

By making a payment on SERVICE 4 PAN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
